Sue Romano moved to the North Carolina coast driven by her desire for a simpler, small town lifestyle where she could continue her real estate career while enjoying the unique attributes of the greater Southport community. A resident of St. James, Sue is an avid photographer. She also enjoys cycling, the beach, the arts and theatre. A strong supporter of women’s health issues, she has also chaired special events to benefit the arts and local charitable organizations.

I have come to love this area… the beautiful waterfront, the local shops, restaurants and particularly, the people.

MAKING MOVES

Originally from Long Island, Sue launched her real estate career in 2015 after a successful tenure in healthcare management.

She ran large medical practices and built a 42 million family health plan for the Coast Guard. Sue's impressive business experience includes finance, negotiating, sales, and marketing skills that have nurtured her customer relationships. Her business background, coupled with her interest in the real estate market, led to her decision to become a licensed agent while still in New York and later in North Carolina.

Building a solid relationship with my clients and being a trustworthy advocate for them is my primary goal. Understanding my clients goals will chart the course for fulfilling their real estate needs, whether they are selling their property or in the market as a buyer.

SMALL TOWN MEETS GLOBAL POWERHOUSE

Sue joined RE/MAX Southern Coast for its local leadership and the tools and resources made available to agents.

The position of RE/MAX globally as recognized industry experts solidified her decision. "The depth of support RE/MAX Southern Coast offers me as an agent allows me to channel that support to the benefit of my clients."
